Dear Dentist
Many of you will have known me as Michelle Andrew in my roles working for the Dorset Health Authority as Dental Officer and Secretary to the Local Dental Committee over the last 15 years. For the last 9 years, I have been managing dental practices in Bournemouth and Poole winning the British Dental Practice Manager's Association 'Practice Manager of the Year' award in 2001 and joining the BDA Good Practice Award in 2004.
I have recently completed my Diploma in Professional Practice Management and I would like to offer my experience and knowledge on a consultancy basis with other dental practices that may require assistance in any aspect of Practice Management.
For a fee of £250 per day, I can offer advice on systems, governance, audit, implement and monitor issues such as personnel, marketing, finance and am happy to assist with either small or large challenges that you as a dentist are faced with.
In addition, I will be running a course in January of the NEW Dental Receptionist Programme which I have written, information is enclosed. The fee for the course is £65 each part. If you wish to place a receptionist on the course, please let me know by 14th November.
